An old painting of the Cat's Eye Nebula, a planetary nebula in the constellation of Draco (dragon). At the center of the nebula, there are two stars orbiting each other.

This sort of nebula is what the sun will produce at the end of it's lifetime.

This is a beautiful work. Although I thought the Cat's Eye nebula was more lime-green and red.
